Governance in accordance with constitution means governance as per Rule of Law. All persons are equal before law and are entitled for equal protection of the laws. No one can be subjected to any liability except in accordance with law. Constitution gives us all various rights and we should be aware of those rights and lead our lives with responsibility discharging our duties.
Apart from rights and duties, we should be able to become economically independent and try to earn establishing businesses and manufacturing goods. In our efforts to set up business or manufacturing, the awareness created by DICCI helps us in improving our understanding. We should learn from DICCI about all the steps involved in setting up a trade or business and the care to be taken aftermath. For full enjoyment of our rights, it is necessary for us to be economically independent and for this reason DSS motivates and trains dalit/Adivasi women to transform as entrepreneurs. In this regard DSS works in coordination with DICCI to train dalit/Adivasi women to set up businesses.

investment but we should be able to spend our time for a business to flourish. We should have passion, ability and expertise in the specific business that we wish to set up. Without expertise in the field, we can’t progress in the business.
Further, it is necessary for us to have a thorough study of the particular business, its market, the demand for those goods and the existing competition etc. Without proper study of all these aspects we shouldn’t hastily set up a trade or business. We shouldn’t waste time and try to develop expertise as per the demand in the existing market.
